A pleated shade and a shaped wooden neck, warm from every angle.
Rex brings together a beautifully shaped wooden neck, a sleek metal frame and a pleated fabric shade. The pleats break the light into soft bands, so the shade glows with texture as well as warmth. It takes an E26 or E27 bulb and wires to your wall switch, hanging on a 59″ wire.
Walnut color and white. The pairing suits a dining table, a bedroom or a hallway where a softer, more crafted light is wanted than a bare metal pendant gives. It sits comfortably with linen, rattan and light wood floors.

A soft center over the table
Rex hangs a wide, shallow pleated shade under a shaped walnut cone, and the two together give a table a warm center to gather around. It elevates a dining table or a kitchen island.
Light that fans outward
The pleats radiate from the center of the underside, so the whole shade glows in soft bands and spreads warm, even light across everything below it.
Texture you notice unlit
Switched off, Rex still has plenty to look at, the pleats catching daylight and the walnut toned cone keeping it warm against the ceiling. The sleek metal frame holds the whole shape in a clean line.

Frequently asked questions
-
Two spread the light evenly along a long table or an island and look far more deliberate than one hung off center. Two saves you 10 percent.
-
Yes. The shade is wide and shallow rather than deep, so it reads as a soft disc under the ceiling and keeps the room feeling open.
-
Linen, rattan, oak and pale floors, because the walnut and the white fabric are warm without being fussy. It sits just as easily against dark wood, where the pleats stand out more.
