Bernard sets a textured clear glass shade on brass. The crackle in the glass breaks the light up, so it sparkles when lit and casts shifting shadows on the surfaces below. Brass warms the whole look, whether the room leans modern, luxe or eclectic. It takes an E26 or E27 bulb, and an Edison filament shows off the texture best.
