Thin wood petals layered into a pinecone, glowing warm.
Barlow is built from thin ash wood veneers, layered one over the next to follow the shape of a pinecone — no real cones involved. Light from a single E26 or E27 bulb slips out between the layers and through the grain, so the whole shade glows warm and textured rather than bright and flat. Even switched off, it hangs like a piece of sculpture.
Natural wood or white. The wood finish brings the forest indoors over a dining table or in a bedroom with linen and oak; white turns the same layered form into something lighter and more graphic for a modern kitchen or a hallway. The hanging length adjusts to your ceiling.
