A sphere of dark wood, crowned with warm grain paper.
An ebonized spherical wood base, with its grain pressed into relief, sits beneath a wide, gently sloping shade of delicate wood-grain paper. The paper diffuses the light into the amber warmth of a forest at dusk, a calm, wabi-sabi kind of glow. Fit a standard E26 or E27 bulb of your choosing, supplied separately, and press the button to light it. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.
Made for quiet corners. It works as a bedside lamp, a reading-nook accent, a living room shelf lamp or a soft light on a home office desk, anywhere ambiance matters more than brightness. The base is black and the shade is walnut-toned paper.

A quiet corner, instantly warmer
Noel sets a sphere of ebonized wood beneath a wide, gently sloping shade of wood grain paper. It elevates a nightstand, a reading nook or a home office desk with calm, grounded warmth.
Amber light, like dusk
Switched on, the paper shade turns the bulb into the amber warmth of a forest at dusk, a calm and even glow. Noel makes the last hour of the evening feel unhurried.
Beautiful with the lamp off
By day you notice the grain pressed into relief on the black base and the walnut tone of the shade. One press of the button and Noel is glowing again.
