A wide brim with a ruffled edge, like a sun hat hung from the ceiling.
The shade is wide with a gentle curve and a ruffled edge, molded in fiber-reinforced plastic and finished in brown. That brim does real work: it spreads the light out in a soft, even wash. It runs on an ordinary bulb, LED or Edison. Summer on the ceiling, all year round.
The narrower size is at home above a bedside table or in a row over a kitchen island. The wider one makes a statement over a round dining table or in the middle of a sunroom.
- Fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) shade
- Brown finish
- Takes an E26 or E27 bulb, LED or Edison
- Hardwired; runs off your wall switch (not included)
- AC 110-240V
- Two sizes
Free U.S. shipping on every order, arriving in 7-10 business days with tracking emailed as soon as it ships.

Summer on the ceiling
Ronald brings a wide brown brim with a ruffled edge overhead, like a sun hat hung from the ceiling. It elevates a dining table, a kitchen island or a sunroom with relaxed, summery charm.
A soft, even wash
The wide brim does real work: it spreads the light out in a soft, even wash across the table below. Ronald makes every meal feel like a long summer lunch.
Relaxed, all year round
The brown finish and gentle curve feel warm and easygoing, and the ruffled edge keeps it playful. Switched off, Ronald still reads as a sculptural brim above your table.
