Leuke is a warm glow held in handmade paper.
The shade is handmade mulberry paper, the washi used in the Akari lantern tradition, hand-bonded with glue over a black metal and iron base. Paper does something to light that glass and fabric cannot: it softens the bulb into a gentle, even glow and spreads it through the room instead of throwing it at one spot. The body is black and the shade is white, so it reads clean in daylight and turns into the calmest light in the room after dark. Because each shade is bonded by hand, minor glue traces along the shade edge are normal and part of the craft. It takes a standard E26 / E27 bulb (not included) and plugs into the wall on a cord with an inline switch, so it goes wherever you want it without hardwiring.
Nine models, three jobs. The small ones, Model A1, Model A2 and Model B Small, suit a bedside table or a desk where the lamp shares the surface. The medium group, 3A, 7A, 9A, Model B Medium and Model C, is for a sideboard, a console or the table beside a sofa, where you want a proper pool of light for an evening. Model B Large is the statement piece: give it a corner or the end of a long console and let it light the room on its own. The selector lists exact diameter and height for every model, so pick by the place first and check the numbers second.
