Aristaios is steel track with a wooden canopy, and every head turns.
The track is steel and the canopy is wood, rubberwood or ash, which is the whole reason to pick this over the usual white bar. Each head rotates and angles on its own, so one fixture can wash a wall, light a counter and pick out a picture at the same time. Every head takes a GU10 spotlight bulb, one apiece, bought separately. It mounts on a ceiling or converts to a wall fitting without buying anything extra.
Two decisions. First, how many heads and how long the bar: a single head for an alcove or a stair landing, three along the shorter bar above a kitchen counter, four or five on the longer bar for an island or a gallery wall. Second, the head style — there are three, and they differ in how far each head stands off the track. Take the shallowest where the ceiling is low.
