Alkinoos runs one line of wood the length of the table and does the work of a whole row of pendants. It comes in solid black walnut or in pine, in four lengths, so you size it to the table rather than the other way around. The three-color dimming version comes with a remote — warm at dinner, neutral in the morning, from the same fixture. Every other version is one fixed light color, chosen once.
Over a kitchen island this is the shape that works: one straight line down the middle instead of three pendants you have to keep aligned with each other. Over a dining table the longest version runs most of the length of a six-seater. Pine keeps a room light and open; black walnut pulls it darker and heavier, and it is the same fixture in two very different rooms. Either way you get one horizontal line where a row of pendants would give you three vertical ones.
Pine: the lighter of the two woods — good in a pale kitchen or a room with a lot of white in it.
Black Walnut: the darker wood, and the one for dark cabinets or a dark floor.
Pine + Canopy: the same pine bar with a ceiling canopy — pick it if you want one cover plate rather than cups.
Black Walnut +Canopy: the walnut bar with the ceiling canopy, for the same reason.
80CM/31.5”: for a breakfast bar, a short island, or a table that seats four.
120CM/47.2”: the middle choice, and the one most standard dining tables want.
150CM/59”: for a six-seat table or a full-size kitchen island.
180CM/70.9”: the longest — for an eight-seat table, or an island that runs the length of the room.
Warm White: the standard choice for dining rooms and living rooms.
Cold White: brighter and cleaner, for a kitchen counter you work at.
Neutral Light: between the two, and the easiest choice for a room used all day.

Match it to the table. 31.5 inches suits a breakfast bar or a table for four. 47.2 inches fits most standard dining tables. 59 inches works for a six seater or a full island, and 70.9 inches is for an eight seat table.

On wires from either two small ceiling cups or one long canopy, whichever you choose. There is 80 inches of wire so you can set the height, and the cables sit 22 inches apart.

It runs on LED, 12W at 31.5 inches up to 30W at 70.9 inches, so the longer the bar the more light you get. Cold white is the one to pick for a counter you actually work at.
