Kranto is a black aluminum tube that points its light wherever you turn it.
Aluminum, one piece, finished black, with the diode sealed inside. The whole argument is the swivel: the beam turns without the fixture moving, and that is what earns it a place above a bedhead, where a fixed downlight would only ever hit the pillow. Three light options are sold and they cost differently, so that choice is worth making deliberately.
Warm is the default and the right answer beside a bed. Cool is sharper and better over a desk or a work surface where you want to see edges clearly. The Triac version dims — pay the difference if a dimmer circuit is already waiting for it, and use a Triac dimmer on that circuit rather than an ordinary one.
