Melpomene rounds off its stone and lays it along a black bar.
Soft, rounded shades of travertine or marble carried on a slim bar, with wood and acrylic completing the build. The stone takes the hardness out of a bathroom light, which is usually the harshest fixture in the house. The bar is matte black on every version but one — white marble comes on gold. Its LED runs warm at 3000K, so the light is kind before it ever reaches a face, and nothing in it needs replacing. A common wall switch runs it.
Choose by width and by stone in a single decision. The two-light bar suits a standard mirror or a cloakroom: white marble on a gold bar, or black or red marble on black. The three-light bar is wider, brighter, and the one to take for a large mirror or a double basin — it comes in yellow travertine. Marble reads cooler and more formal; travertine reads warmer and softer.
