Terpsichore is lamplight coming through ribbed glass, the way the Deco years did it.
The frame is iron and metal, finished in gold or chrome, and the shades are ribbed glass in beige or white. It mounts flush to the ceiling, so it reads as part of the room rather than something hung in it. The integrated LED behind the glass is warm white at 3000K — the tone of an old incandescent bulb — and the ribbing softens the light as it passes through instead of letting it glare. At 4,180 lumens the larger size is real working light, not only atmosphere.
The smaller one is the hallway and bedroom fixture: enough light for a landing, a dressing area, or over a bed where you do not want a pendant in your eyeline. The larger will carry a kitchen, a dining area or a living room on its own. Gold with beige is the warmer pairing and leans hard into the 1920s; chrome with white is cooler and settles into a modern room without argument. A low ceiling is where this one earns its place, since nothing hangs down to duck around.
