Dynamene lays a bar of warm stone flat against the wall.
Yellow travertine with an acrylic diffuser, built as a long rectangle that sits close in. The light leaves as one even band rather than as a source you can point to, which is what makes it work above a mirror without throwing shadows up a face. A 3000K LED is built into the bar, so nothing about the light can be got wrong later. It plugs into an outlet and switches on the cord.
Two lengths, one width. The shorter fits a standard bathroom mirror or a tight stretch of passage. The longer is what a wide mirror or a run of joinery needs, where the shorter would leave the ends dim. Both plug in, which is the reason to consider this over a hardwired bar in a room you would rather not open up.
