Pandia is the piece of the room that goes on glowing after everything else is switched off.
Alabaster and metal, finished in black, with the LED built in rather than screwed in. Alabaster carries light in a way frosted glass never quite manages — it warms what passes through instead of only scattering it. At around 40W across the whole fixture it puts out enough to hold a corner without ever showing you a bulb. The switch is on the cord itself, and it will get far more use than the one by the door.
The choice here is the light itself. Warm is for a living room in the evening, where the alabaster goes honey-colored and the corner softens with it. Cool is for a study or a desk end, where the stone should read closer to white and the light should stay awake.
