Okyrhoe is a lamp made to be picked up and carried off.
Iron and metal with a PE shade, and the original describes the body itself as shaped to serve as the handle — you lift the lamp by the lamp, not by a grip bolted on afterwards. Nothing trails behind it: a charge lasts an evening and a touch turns it on. The diode covers warm through cool, so it can read as candlelight over dinner and as a work light on a desk.
Three colors, every one of them deep. Dark red runs warmest and most sociable, which is a dinner-table quality. Dark blue cools the same body down and sits better on a desk or a windowsill. Dark gray simply vanishes, and vanishing is what you want from a lamp that will wander the house and never quite settle.
