Eirene is a small brass chandelier for a room you actually sit in.
The frame is solid brass in a warm brass finish, carrying shades of high-transparency glass set on two tiers. Clear glass means the light leaves without being softened on the way out, so the fixture gives real illumination as well as looking like jewellery - which matters over a dining table, where a frosted shade would only give you glow.
Standard E14 bases, so the character is yours to set. Fit warm filament lamps and the brass reads amber after dark; fit a neutral white and the same fixture becomes a working light over a table. At 23.62 inches across and 18.90 inches deep it is sized for a dining room, a bedroom or a living room seating group rather than a double-height hall.
