Daphnis is one thin lit ring on a single cable.
There is almost nothing to it, which is the appeal. A small ceiling canopy, a slender suspension cable, and a 31.5-inch ring of aluminium and iron carrying an acrylic diffuser. The LED sits inside the ring rather than behind a shade, so what you see from below is a continuous line of light and not a bulb. It comes in black or white, and the cable length is adjustable at install.
Choose your light before you choose your finish. Three versions ship: 6000K cool white for kitchens and work, 3000K warm white for evenings, and a remote-controlled version that adjusts both colour temperature and brightness anywhere between 3000K and 6000K. The 40W array covers a stated 215 to 323 square feet, which is a generous living room or a double bedroom.

Take the Dimmable version if you can. It is the only one that lets you move the room from working light to evening light, and at this size the fixture is doing all the lighting in the space. The two fixed-temperature versions are the cheaper choice if the room already has lamps.

One perfect circle of light
The light lives inside the ring itself, so from below you see one continuous glowing line. A small canopy, a slender cable and the ring, that is the whole of it.
Hang it at any height
It comes in black or white, in aluminium and iron with a soft acrylic shade, and the cable is set at install, so you decide exactly how far it drops into the room.
One light for every hour
The remote version glides between cosy warm and crisp cool (3000K to 6000K) and dims too. At this size it is doing all the lighting in the room, so that flexibility earns its keep.
