Each one rotates a full 360 degrees, so you can aim one down onto a table, one along a wall and one back at the ceiling, and change your mind later without touching the wiring. The arms come out at three different lengths - 10.6, 24.4 and 32.3 inches, which is what keeps the silhouette from looking symmetrical and stiff.
