Nausithoe is rattan and fabric, warm before you switch it on.
Rattan for the body, fabric for the shade, and a diode built in that steps through warm, neutral and cool. Fabric over an LED does the obvious good thing — it takes the glare out and hands you a field of light instead of a point of it. The rattan does the other half of the work: a natural fiber reads warm even with the lamp switched off.
Only one finish is made, white over natural rattan, and nothing plugs in — it charges over USB and runs off its own battery — so the question is purely where it goes. Fiber like this wants company — a nightstand, a shelf of books, a console by the door. Against painted walls it warms the whole corner; in a room already full of wood it just joins in.
