Harmonia is a block of quarried stone with a slot of light cut into it.
A solid upright body, cut from natural marble or travertine, with a softly glowing oval set into the face. There is no shade — the aperture is the shade, which is why the light reads as a low glow rather than as a lamp being switched on. Stone this thick does not look hung; it looks set into the wall. One G9 socket sits behind it; a warm-white LED at around 3W is what gives the effect shown. Every block is cut from real stone, so veining, color and markings shift between one and the next and away from the photographs.
Six stone finishes, and the choice sets the whole tone. Cream travertine and white marble read soft and recede into a pale wall. Black marble and green marble add contrast and suit rooms with dark joinery. Burgundy marble and red travertine are the warm ones, and they earn an entrance hall or a dining wall where a little color is welcome.
