Dryas branches out from the ceiling like something that grew there, with a glass shade on the end of every arm. It is built from metal, glass and resin, and the design does not change from the smallest version to the largest. Six configurations run from a four-light wall fitting up to a twenty-light chandelier. So a hallway and the room it opens into can take the same fixture at two different sizes.

Over a dining table the larger versions give you light on the food and something to look at above it. In a hallway or up a stairwell, the wall versions reach where a ceiling fitting cannot. Choose warm and it is dinner light; choose cold and it is light you can work under. It holds up over a restaurant table or a bar counter for the same reason it holds up at home.
