Nikos is a cast cement body over a woven steel mesh shade - solid, cool to the touch, with the fine surface grain that only comes from the real material.
The mesh is what makes it. Light passes straight through the weave, so instead of a flat pool on the counter you get a fine dappled pattern thrown across the surface and up the walls around it. Fit a clear filament-style bulb and the effect sharpens; fit a frosted one and it softens to a glow. Either way the bulb is part of the design rather than something to hide.
The grey is what makes it versatile. Cement sits beautifully against oak and walnut, sharpens a white kitchen, and gives a plain hallway a point of interest. Six shade shapes run from a slim 2.4-inch cylinder to a 9.8-inch drum, so you can hang three narrow ones down a breakfast bar or a single wide one over a table.

Fit a warm-white LED, not an incandescent. The manufacturer specifies LED only. The mesh shade sits close to the lamp and incandescent bulbs run far hotter than this fixture is built for, so a filament-look LED is the right way to get that look safely. Any standard E27 warm-white LED will do, and it will draw a fraction of the power.
