Andromeda is one aluminium ribbon, twisted through itself and hung on slender lines.
The frame is aluminium and the lit face is PMMA, so the ribbon glows evenly along its whole length instead of showing a row of diodes through the diffuser. The two frame colours do genuinely different jobs: white keeps the effect quiet and nuanced, while black sets up a hard contrast between the dark line of the frame and the light it carries.
Hang it lower than you think. The cord adjusts up to 40 inches, and this shape rewards being dropped close to a table or a seating group - that is where the twist actually reads as a twist. It comes at 20 inches (10 lb) or 24 inches (32 lb), with an integrated LED rated to 50W on hardwired 110-120V. Light is fixed white at 6000K, fixed warm white at 3000K, or the remote-dimmable model running the full 3000K to 6000K range.

Check the ceiling box before you order the 24-inch. At 32 pounds it weighs more than three times the 20-inch version, and that is a mount you want rated properly rather than guessed at. If you are hanging several as a group, the 20-inch is the easier fixture to work with.
