Keto is a ball of light that opens toward the ceiling or the table.
The shade is two movable hemisphere halves held in a thin ring frame, in metal and steel. Turning them changes what the fixture does — one pendant that behaves like three — giving you light bounced off the ceiling, light straight down onto the table, or the halves set opposite for indirect light and a form that reads as sculpture. The finishes run chrome, copper, white and black, single or two-tone, so frame and shade can match or contrast. It takes an E14 or E27 bulb, and a warm LED globe at 2700–3000K is the one to use.
There are two sizes. The smaller shade is the one for a breakfast table, a bedside, or a run of two or three over a counter; the larger has the presence to hang on its own over a dining table or in a stairwell. On finish, chrome is cool and reflective, copper is warmer, and the two-tone pairings with white or black are the calmer choice of the set.
