Halimede borrows the rings of a felled trunk and the poise of a pendulum clock.
Yellow travertine, wood and glass. The reference is annual growth rings, and the stillness comes from the clock — a piece that hangs rather than mounts, and looks settled the moment it is up. A G9 bulb at around 6W keeps the output low and the mood even. The travertine is quarried, so the piece that ships is not the piece in the photograph — same design, different stone.
