Kyparissos sends its light down the wall and keeps the stone glowing behind it.
Yellow travertine and wood, with the LED built into the body rather than a bulb you buy. The light is aimed downward, so it washes the wall beneath instead of filling the room — the kind of light you put where you want a shape, not brightness. The stone is quarried, laid down by mineral deposit and geological movement over a span nobody controls, so the veining on yours was settled long before it was cut. Two body pairings are offered: walnut, or a lighter wood color, both against the same yellow stone.
The wood is the real choice here. Walnut is the darker of the two and holds its own against a painted wall or a dark headboard. The lighter wood color disappears into oak, birch and anything pale, which is what you want when the stone should be the only thing anyone notices. Either way it earns its place beside a bed, along a hallway, or in a stairwell where a downward wash does more than a ceiling light.

And the Triac warm dimming version takes a compatible dimmer, if you want the range rather than one setting.

No. The LED is built into the light and runs warm white at 3000K, so there is nothing to fit and nothing to replace.

Better not. It is rated IP20, damp rated but not waterproof, so keep it to dry indoor rooms like a bedroom, a hallway or a stairwell.
