Eudore is bright metal with a bowed glass shade riding on it.
Glass over iron and metal, and the shape of that curve comes straight from the Jazz Age — the original page's own reference. Its E26 socket was drawn around a filament, and amber filament light is what flatters this glass; an LED does the same job cooler. Glass of this kind diffuses; expect a soft, wide spread rather than a beam.
Two metals, two glass colors, four pairings in all. The gold body with beige glass runs warmest and most period-true — put it over a bar, or against dining-room walls that are already dark. Chrome with white is the cooler, cleaner version, better suited to a stairwell, a landing, or any bedroom you want bright rather than atmospheric. Cross the two over and you land somewhere between.
