Kleodike folds back into the wall plate when you are done with it.
Aluminum alloy and metal, with a pivoting light that folds flat back against its wall plate — out when you are reading, gone when you are not. A toggle switch is built into the body, so nothing else on the wall has to be wired for it. A sealed diode holds it at warm 3000K, and at a kilo it barely troubles plasterboard.
Five finishes, and they divide by warmth. Matt black and matt white are the neutral pair, there to make the fixture disappear into the plaster. Nickel is the cool metal, at home with chrome taps and glass. Copper and bronze run warm — take one of those two when brass, oak or leather is already in the room.
