Plexaure holds whatever shape you leave it in.
All metal, with a flexible arm that is repositionable rather than merely adjustable — bend it once for a book, again for a wall, and it stays. Body and shade wear the same finish on all three options, which keeps it looking like a single object. The diode is sealed at 3000K, and a Triac dimming version is sold for a small premium.
Black keeps to itself and belongs in a study or over a desk. Brushed bronze is the warmest of the three and earns a bedroom, particularly one with brass or leather already present. Sand nickel splits the difference: cooler than bronze, softer than black, and the most forgiving against gray or blue paint.
