Euadne is a piece of glass that changes as you walk past it.
The shade is hand-blown glass on a metal body, so no two come out quite the same — and a faint seam down the side of the glass is a mark of how it was made, not a fault. The glass is translucent rather than clear, which softens the LED behind it into something you can sit across from. The LED is integrated and built for a long service life, and the maker keeps compatible replacements available, so a failure years from now does not mean a new fixture. It hardwires and runs on AC 110–240V.
Four models, all in the same glass. Three of them sit close to the wall, which is what you want in a hallway, a stairwell or anywhere people pass; the deepest one wants a clear stretch of wall with nothing to catch a shoulder — beside a bed, or above a console. Then the color: white for the quietest of them, amber for a warm evening light, green for something with more of an opinion, smoky gray for a room already working in darker tones.

It goes on a wall or on the ceiling — both are supported, and the ceiling instructions come with it. The dimmable version needs a Triac dimmer switch, and it is chosen at checkout, so it is worth deciding before you order rather than after.
