Eunomia is a ring of marbled stone holding a lit core at its center.
Travertine, marble and jade, with metal and glass doing the work behind them. The ring is the whole design — a band of natural stone with the light sitting inside it rather than on top of it — and because the material is quarried, the cracks, holes, speckles and color shifts vary from piece to piece and from batch to batch. A single G9 socket lights the core, and the bulb you choose is what sets its temperature.
Eight stone finishes, and they are not variations on a theme — they change the fixture completely. Yellow travertine and white jade are the quiet ones and disappear into a pale room. Bulgari black and dark green give a room with dark joinery something to answer. Red travertine, coral red, Bulgari red and violet red are what you pick when the wall should be looked at rather than walked past.
