Aigina bends a plane of stone until the light has somewhere to gather.
A gently curved travertine shade on a black metal arm. The curve is what does the work — light collects along the inside of it and comes away softened rather than aimed. Metal, stone and glass, with no trim on it anywhere. The stone is quarried, so pores and banding are specific to the piece. It runs a G9 bulb of your choosing, which leaves the temperature of the room in your hands.
Nothing to specify. The black arm is what lets it cross between rooms — at ease against pale plaster in a bedroom, equally at ease in a corridor full of dark metalwork. Give it a wall with room around it, and use two where a headboard or a mirror wants framing.

There is a pull chain on the fixture, and it also works with a common wall switch that is not included. It is hardwired at AC 110-240V, so an electrician makes the connection.
