Krios draws a single line of light down a wall of stone.
A slender LED tube runs the length of a genuine yellow travertine backplate, held by dark bronze brackets. Light leaves it as one unbroken line rather than a point, and that is why it belongs to the wall rather than to the furniture. The stone is natural, so pores, veining and tone differ piece to piece and cannot be chosen. It mounts either way up, vertical or horizontal, and the orientation changes the room more than the finish does. It needs an external driver tucked into a wall cavity or back box before the fixture goes on.
Three heights, and the wall decides. The shortest is an accent where it shares space with a mirror or artwork; the middle length is the everyday pick for an alcove or a passage; the longest is what you buy when the wall itself is meant to be the feature. The dimmable version buys you an evening setting the plain one cannot reach.

Plan the driver before you order. It has to sit somewhere concealed — a wall cavity, a ceiling void or a back box — and it is easier to agree that with an electrician while the wall is still open than afterwards.
