Leto hangs low and wide over a table, a shallow saucer of mulberry washi paper stretched over bamboo ribbing. Nothing about it is heavy — paper, a bamboo frame and a steel support. The cord comes in black or white, so it either disappears against your ceiling or draws a deliberate line down it. It suits a dining table, a bedroom, or the corner of a living room where a floor lamp would be underfoot.
This is a light that does not compete with the room it is in. Over a dining table it keeps everything low and quiet. In a bedroom it does what a shaded lamp does without taking up the nightstand. In a living room corner it fills the space a floor lamp would stand in and takes up none of the floor.
Black Wire: draws a visible line down from the ceiling — the one for a white ceiling, or a room with dark fittings elsewhere.
White Wire: disappears against a white or pale ceiling, so the shade is all you see.
