Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. A confirmation email is sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Couriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The carrier is selected at the time of dispatch based on destination and package size.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Use our Track Your Order page at any time. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Rushfeld has no control over these fees.

Missing or Lost Items

If tracking shows delivered but the item has not arrived: (1) check with neighbors or building management; (2) wait 2 additional business days; (3) contact us at info@rushfeld.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and resolve promptly.

Damaged in Transit

Email info@rushfeld.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
