Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation included. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation, items returned after 30 days, and items not in original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@rushfeld.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us at info@rushfeld.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the standard return process applies.
