Telphousa is a glowing opal orb balanced on stacked ceramic.
Hand-finished ceramic in stacked organic forms, crowned with an orb of opal glass — the original credits vintage scent bottles from a Parisian flea market, and it shows. Opal glass softens the diode until no hot point survives in it. Power arrives over USB, so any adapter, laptop or battery pack already in the house will run it.
Three base colors, all of them vibrant rather than tasteful, which is rather the intention. Red is the loudest and the one that turns a shelf into a still life. Blue cools the whole thing down and behaves better in a bedroom. The neutral base is the diplomat — it goes anywhere and lets the glass orb take the attention instead.

No bright center anywhere
The orb is opal glass, and opal glass softens the LED until there is no bright point left in it. What comes out is an even, warm glow.
