Aigiale is a cord threaded through brass and left to hang.
A copper-finished disk screws to the wall, a black braided cord runs through a brass loop above it, and the socket hangs below. That is the whole fixture, described as the maker describes it. It takes an E26 up to 40W, and a test bulb ships with it, which is rarer than it ought to be. Two screws and a plug: no junction box, no electrician.
Copper is the only finish made, and the black cord running against it is the whole palette. Give it a wall where that cord can be seen — beside a bed, down a hallway, above a bench — because the cord is the design, not something to hide behind furniture. Dimming, should you want it, is a bulb question rather than a fixture one: a dimmable bulb plus a smart plug or a switched dimmable outlet.
